Jammer thrives on giving you much greater control over each instrument in the style, being able to select some or all bars in one or more "musicians" to re-do their parts over and over until you're thoroughly satisfied. I can do a typical 32-bar song form from first chord-entry to final saving of completed song in about 5 minutes (I don't enter the melodies) in BIAB. I haven't used Jammer6 but I have used Jammer 4 and Jammer5 and find that it is quite different from BIAB and there really is no comparison.īIAB thrives on the ability to enter chords quick and easy in the chord entry spreadsheet, select a style, click play after setting a few things such as chorus start and stop measures, number of choruses, tag ending, and the song is done.
